Student e-mail accounts are created for all currently enrolled students. Currenlty enrolled students are defined by a CMS (my.sjsu.edu) view that is provided to SJSUOne. Therefore, if you are a student that has an SJSUOne account, you also have a student e-mail account.
You may log in to the SJSUOne website to retrieve your e-mail address.
Student Accounts are removed one year after the last class meeting. Students attending courses every other semester should see no interruption in their account.
