Popular features include web and POP3 client access, online file sharing and storage, blogging, 5GB of storage, and account pickup and management through SJSU's SJSUOne application.
SJSU Student E-Mail is intuitive and easy to use. The following support structure is available to the Student:
Online Help: context-based help is available within the product simply by clicking the Help '?' icon on the page.
Microsoft Support: Frequently Asked Questions, Forums and Online Chat provide information and answers in using the Student E-Mail system.
SJSU University Help Desk: offers 1st-level support for any questions regarding account pickup and management, and can assist with Account Activation and Password Reset if necessary.
University Computing Systems: responsible for maintenance and operation of the SJSUOne system, and provides 2nd-level support for the University Help Desk.
